Complementary informations


Pre-analytic advice :
Les héparines sont prescrites dans un but préventif ou curatif de la maladie thromboembolique veineuse et artérielle. Lors des traitements par héparines de bas poids moléculaire, le prélèvement doit être effectué 3 à 4 heures après l'injection
Post-analytic advice :
Traitement préventif : 2 ou 3 inj/24h, prélévement entre 2 injections : 0,1 0 à 0,20 UI/ml
Traitement curatif : 2 ou 3 inj/24h, prélévement entre 2 injections : 0,4 0 à 0,60 UI/ml
Heure de prélèvement sans importance en cas de SAP, mais toujours à la même heure.
