Pre-analytic advice :
Les héparines sont prescrites dans un but préventif ou curatif de la maladie thromboembolique veineuse et artérielle. Lors des traitements par héparines de bas poids moléculaire, le prélèvement doit être effectué 3 à 4 heures après l'injection
Post-analytic advice :
Traitement préventif : 1 inj/24h, prélèvement 3 à 4 heures après inj. : 0.20 à 0.40 UI/ml
Traitement curatif : 2 ou 3 inj/24h, prélèvement entre 2 injections : 0.50 à 1.00 UI/ml
